Why do I need to verify my identity?
If you registered before 1 July 2026, your account may already be verified and different requirements will apply.
If you are a new customer registering after this date, you will be required to complete additional verification steps.
Please note that requirements will also differ depending on the product you are using (for example, Sports vs Gaming).
We’ve made the verification process as simple as possible. You can use our document uploader to send us your ID documents (passport, driving licence, etc.).
Depending on the product you are using (e.g. Sports vs Gaming), you may be required to provide different documents as part of the verification process.
If you're using a driving licence and the address is different from the one registered on your account, you may be able to confirm that we can use the address shown on your licence.
If your ID does not confirm your address, you will be required to provide proof of address documents. In some cases, this means providing two documents from different providers.
The whole process should usually take a couple of hours, although in some cases it can take up to 24 hours.
Just so you know, we sometimes carry out reviews of accounts and personal details, so we may ask you for additional documents, even if you’ve already provided them before. This is a routine process, so no need to worry, just send the documents over so we can double-check everything.
