How do I verify my identity?

 Depending on when you signed up and what you like to play, please note the following conditions:

  • Registration Date: If you registered before 1 July 2026, your account may already be verified and different verification requirements will apply. If you are a new customer registering after this date, you will be required to complete additional verification steps.

  • Product Requirements: Requirements will also differ depending on the product you are using (for example, Sports vs Gaming). You will be required to provide different documents as part of the verification process based on this.

Step-by-Step Verification Process

To have full access to your account so you can deposit, withdraw, and play, all you need to do is complete the following steps:

1. Confirm your identity & address

Fire over a scan or photo of an identification document (passport, national identity card, or driving licence) using our document uploader, accessible from the cashier or My Account section.

Your ID document must include your full name, date of birth, place of birth, and photograph.

Important Note for Irish Customers: We DO NOT accept Irish Public Services Cards because they do not include a date of birth.

  • Using a Driving Licence (Recommended): If you're using a driving licence and the address is different from the one registered on your account, you will be able to confirm that we can use the address shown on your licence. This is the recommended method of verification.

  • Proof of Address: If your ID does not confirm your address, you will be asked to provide proof of address documents. In some cases, this will require two documents from different providers.

We will need to verify your documents. We aim to review and process your documents within 24 hours.

3. Full Access Granted

That’s it! Once verified, your account will be fully verified and you’ll be all ready to go to deposit, withdraw, and play.
