1. How do I make a deposit with boleto bancário?

Select Boleto Bancário from the list of the available payment methods. Enter the desired amount and you’ll be forwarded to get the receipt of the boleto bancário. Please print or make a copy of the bar code and pay it immediately via internet banking or in the institution/shop of your convenience.

2. How long does it take for it to be accepted?

Clearing of the credit can be completed within 1 and 3 working days.

3. What are the minimum and maximum limits for deposits?

The limits are between 20 and 10,000 reais per transaction.

4. Is there any tax applied?

There isn’t any tax applied to this payment method.

5. Where can I pay with boletos bancários?

Boleto bancário is accepted by any banking agency, “casa lotérica” (Brazilian lottery house) or internet banking.

6. What do I do if the boleto payment is already overdue and it hasn’t been payed yet?

If your boleto bancário is overdue, we advise you to create a new boleto with an updated expiry date.

7. Is it possible to activate (release?) the boleto beforehand?

Yes. Check the respective terms and conditions in the activation tab.

8. What should I do if I pay a boleto twice?

In that case, you have to create a new boleto but you should not pay it. Besides that you should contact the Customer Service team.

9. Why hasn’t my boleto been accepted yet?

In that case, please check if the boleto was cashed by the bank or the institution where it was payed.

10. Is it possible to make a deposit via mobile phone?

Yes, it is possible. The payment methods are available via your computer or mobile phone.
